National Crypto Helpline provides investigation and tracing services for victims of online fraud. Our services include case review, transaction analysis, evidence documentation, and recovery guidance. We do not provide legal advice or act as a law firm.

2. No Guarantee of Recovery

While our investigation reports provide a structured recovery roadmap, recovery outcomes can never be guaranteed. The success of fund recovery depends on numerous factors outside our control, including the type of scam, jurisdictional issues, and cooperation of third parties.

3. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are disclosed upfront before any engagement. There are no hidden fees or additional charges beyond what is agreed upon. Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their case. Providing false or misleading information may compromise the investigation and void any service agreements.

5. Confidentiality

All case information is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as necessary to conduct the investigation or as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

National Crypto Helpline's liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our investigation reports.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Outagamie County, Wisconsin.
